With a strong passion for helping others, Frances truly captures the message of service that encompasses Young Living. This desire began as she learned more about her personal health and became aware of her own unique influence.

“I had absolutely no interest in having a business.” She explains. “However, my next-door neighbor had an amazing experience when I shared the oils with her. I suddenly realized that by keeping the information to myself, I was depriving others.”

Frances went on to be the first to expand Young Living’s influence in Asia, beginning her work in Singapore. “As the numbers grew, I began to understand my greatest strength of all—growing people.” She says. “When others learn to believe in themselves, incredible things happen. This is what inspires me every day: the opportunity to see dreams form right before my eyes.”

She soon after led her entire team onstage at a Young Living Convention to celebrate their status as the first Asian Diamond team. This experience is treasured today as a beloved memory. “My favorite quote is by John Quincy Adams,” Frances says, “If your actions inspire others to dream more, learn more, do more, and become more, you are a leader.”
