Author, International Speaker, Founding Member of Young Living Hong Kong, Joanne is Young Living's first Asian-born Royal Crown Diamond. She plays an important role in breaking the market in Hong Kong, Taiwan, & China for Young Living. Through passionately sharing, and expanding her network, she has brought Young Living to the worldwide Chinese community.

She joined Young Living in 2011, met company founder D Gary Young in Oct the same year and since has learned from him over 30 times before he passes away in May 2018. In order to pay forward everything she learned from Gary ~ on Young Living, self-discovery, courage & on Gary himself ~ she wrote the book Following the Leader.
